OKANAGAN PEAR SOUR (Poire WilliamsGin)

INGREDIENTS:

½ oz Okanagan Spirits Poire Williams (Pear Brandy)
½ oz Okanagan Spirits Gin
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
A Ripe Bartlett Pear
Cinnamon  

METHOD:

Take a slice of pear and muddle it in the bottom of a martini glass, sprinkle two dashes of cinnamon on top of the muddled pear.
Take all liquid ingredients and add to an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain into the martini glass.
Stir glass and serve. 

Optional garnish, sliced pear half dipped in cinnamon powder using lemon juice to bind.
