Seal the Dill(Gin, Sea Buckthorn)

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz Okanagan Spirits Gin 
3/4 oz Sea Buckthorn Liqueur
1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice 
Ginger Ale
Dill 

METHOD:

Muddle dill in a cocktail tin and add ice. Shake the Gin, Sea Buckthorn and Lemon juice in the ice-filled cocktail shaker then strain into a tall glass. Top with ginger ale.
