SEA BUCK SOUR (Sea Buckthorn Liqueur)

INGREDIENTS:

Fir Syrup:
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Fir or Pine needles

SeaBuck Sour:
1 oz Rye Whisky
1 oz  Sea Buckthorn Liqueur
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 oz Fir Tip Syrup
3 drops of egg white
Pine sprig for garnish

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
