2 oz of fennel and fig Infused Okanagan Spirits Vodka
1 oz of Dry Vermouth
Garnish with a thinly sliced Dried Black Mission Fig
* Infused Okanagan Spirits Vodka*
80 oz of Okanagan Spirits Vodka
1 lb of Dried Black Mission Figs
2 thinly sliced bulbs of fennel
Slice and soak ingredients in Vodka for at least a couple of days, a week for good measure.
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of fig.
