Brouilleur

This glass dripper (or brouilleur) is used as a single server, as another way of slowly adding water to your absinthe. The dripper is placed on top of your glass and a sugar cube, ice and water are placed inside of the dripper.

With a small hole in the bottom of the dripper, the cold sugar water slowly pours and drips into the glass of absinthe.

Absinthe Cocktails 50 ways to enjoy the Green Fairy

A must have for any absintheur, this silver plated mixer (or brouilleur) is another way of slowly adding sugar and water to your absinthe. It is also sometimes refered to as the Cusenier "Auto Verseur" or see-saw.
The balancier is set on top of a glass and a sugar cube and ice water are added inside through the top of the dripper. The sugar and water mixture begins to slowly drip through a small hole located at the bottom of the dripper.
Each droplet falls onto the lever which creates a see-saw motion dispensing the sugar water into the glass of absinthe.

Measures 4.75" tall x 3" in diameter.
