Liqueurs are created using a variety of fruit, spices, herbs, cream and sugar and distilled alcohol.
At Okanagan Spirits our fruit liqueurs are produced using only three ingredients: neutral fruit alcohol (gluten-free), sugar and local fruit from the BC region.
All liqueurs are 24% alc/vol
Okanagan Spirits liqueurs are designed to give a natural vibrant flavour of the fruit that they are made from without an overpowering taste of sweetness.
There are no colourings, chemicals or preservatives used in our production and all ingredients are natural.
Liqueurs are best served chilled, over ice, as a digestif and work well in desserts and cocktails.
